Sapphire Shores Makeover

Demolition included removing large brick fireplace from center of home as well as select walls and all existing interior finishes. Front entry was extended out to accommodate new covered porch. Interior of home was reframed and all mechanicals relocated. All new impact windows and doors installed as well as new roof.
